Our Return Policy
Candles:
Returns are accepted for full refunds.
We will accept handcrafted candle
products within 2 days of their
confirmed delivery. Return shipment
cost is not refundable. The candles
are insured, so if you receive them
damaged in any way, you must contact
us quickly so we can notify the
shipper and re-ship your order.
Home Fragrance
Oils: Customers are entitled
to full refunds on all fragrance
oil products as long as seal on
bottles have not been broken and
are returned within 10 days once
they are received. There are no
refunds on products that have been
opened. Customers are responsible
for the cost of return shipping.
